Prices for the apartment range from £275 (low season) to £475 (high season) per week. The cost per week is for the whole apartment and not per person. Any number of nights can be booked (minimum stay 3 nights), its not restriced to 7 or 14 nights apart from August when you would need to book min 7 nights.

Special rates are available for long-term lets from November to March. Please email for a personal quotation.
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week (i.e. £100.00 for one week, £200.00 for two weeks, etc.) is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security bond of £100.00 is payable with your balance to cover any breakages and/or damage. This will be refunded, usually within 14 days of your return, once the villa has been inspected.
